TheRetailCoach Membership Services Policy
When you join TheRetailCoach online as a Member – we guarantee to do our best to provide you with an excellent service. However, if for any reason you’re unhappy with the quality of any of the services associated with being a Member, please contact us immediately at membership@theretailcoach.co.uk and we’ll do our utmost to put things right for you.
TheRetailCoach Membership Cancellation Policy
Because we absolutely believe that you get great value for money when you're a member of TheRetailCoach, we're sure that you won't want to leave. But if - for any reason - you do wish to terminate your membership, then you are of course free to do so, at any time.
All we ask is that you let us know if you intend cancelling your membership, as this will help us with our administration.

Our Payment Service Provider

We take your security very seriously. The RetailCoach does not keep records of its customers’ credit card details. We use PayPal to process your order. At Step 3 of our subscription process, you'll automatically be sent to a Paypal secure server. They process your payment on our behalf and send us confirmation of your transaction.
Paypal provides a safe and easy way to make secure credit card payments via the Internet.
